Refund And Replacement Policy

 

1. Any claims for replacement on goods issued will only be made in the event of goods damaged in transit, and a claim made in writing within seven days of receipt of goods and reasonable evidence of the damage is provided.
2. In the event that a customer cancels an order in writing prior to dispatch of goods, refund will be made in full.
3. In the event that a customer cancels the order in writing after the goods have been dispatched, no refund will be given until the goods are returned and determined to be in their original (un-tampered) condition.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Under the Privacy Act 1998 it is our responsibility to ensure that the privacy of all staff, clients, students is kept in complete confidence.
1. Collection of Information: All information and evidence collected and recorded by Innate Healing Essences is for the purpose of maintaining staff / student / client records.
2. Use and disclosure: Information will not be shared with any other organization without the consent in writing of the student/client involved.
3. Data Security: All student/ client information held is kept in a secure system. Data is destroyed permanently or given to staff / client /student when it is no longer required.
4. Sensitive information: Innate Healing Essences does not collect sensitive information about their staff / students / clients unless: i) the individual has consented ii) the collection is required by law.
